As close to natural as we can get it - pasteurised but not homogenised or standardised. Left to settle it will form a cream line. It has a sweet flavour.

Semi-skimmed Milk

Pasteurised but not homogenised or standardised. Left to settle it will form a slight cream line. It has a sweet flavour. Only 1.6% fat.
Skimmed milk
1 litre, pint.
Fat free but with all the protein intact.
Clotted Cream

Gently cooked to form a golden crust. Tastes similar to butterscotch or baked rice pudding.
Crusty Cream

Our unique alternative to clotted. Similar consistency to clotted but retains the light and clean taste of fresh cream.
Fresh Pourable Cream
